Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
Even those who are not into the “Hollywood” scene can appreciate the movie history of Disney and how much these movies shape the lives of children. Since the beginning of Disney movies, there are so many people who have grown up watching the animated movies, cartoons and the live action versions of everything under the sun. The Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort pays homage to all characters that have warmed your heart and won over your sense of spirit. You will feel like you are staying in a museum of your childhood when it comes to spending some time in Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.
Each set of the Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort rooms is divided into themed rooms based on one movie or another. The “Toy Story” section includes a 27-foot tall bucket of Green Army Men, a Woody statue as well as Buzz Lightyear. The rooms and the building are painted in the colors that you find in the movie to make you feel like you have walked into the imagination of Pixar’s animation team. The Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort “Fantasia” rooms are great for the nostalgic Disney visitor, “The Mighty Ducks” area is great for the sports fan, “The Love Bug” has a real life copy of Herbie sitting right there in the lobby and “One Hundred and One Dalmations” is just packed with spots everywhere. You might find yourself wanting to run out and adopt a puppy if you stay in the puppy place.
Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort Recreational Activities
Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort features two swimming pools, a Sorcerer’s Apprentice pool fashioned after “Fantasia” and a Duck Pond. The Duck Pond is actually having the shape similar to that of a hockey rink as inspired by “The Mighty Ducks.” For exercise you can head out on the jogging trail and to run off the kids energy you can send them to the playground between the Fantasia and Toy Story buildings. There is a large arcade in the Cinema Hall building
