Todd English’s Bluezoo is a restaurant located at the Dolphin Resort in Walt Disney World. The highest quality fresh seafood can be found on the menu of Todd English’s Bluezoo. While the menu is predominantly seafood, there are also a few dishes for those not wishing to enjoy the seafood selections. Dinner is the only meal served in this restaurant and the menu style is a la carte.

An modern underwater kind of theme has been used to decorate the interiors of this restaurant and some of the items on the walls look like works of art.

The appetizers served here at Todd English’s Bluezoo consist of the beet salad, flatbreads and sweetbreads, along with a large variety of edible aquatics. The seafood starter selections include clam chowder, sea scallops, octopus, tuna and several shrimp offerings. Fresh oysters are procured every day and served to the guests as well as middleneck clams; both are offered at a “per piece” rate. Chilled lobster and poached shrimp are also served as entrees apart from the seafood platter which consists of lobster tails, oysters, clams, jumbo shrimp, ceviche, tuna and sauces for dipping. Grilled fish is also served as an entrée along with many different kinds of sauces. Black cod, dancing fish, grouper, tuna and swordfish are some of the other forms of seafood served at Todd English’s Bluezoo.
The meats served here at Todd English’s Bluezoo include chicken, beef tenderloin and pork loin. The chicken is served with seasonal mushrooms and potatoes. The beef tenderloin is served with marble potatoes and brussel sprouts. The pork loin is served with apple kraut, German potatoes and apple mustard glaze. The dry aged beef can be served with carrot puree, seasonal vegetables and a red wine glaze. The two pound Cantonese lobster is another specialty served here and this is fried and tossed in soy glaze. These last two offerings are the most expensive individual dishes on the menu at bluezoo.
Potatoes stuffed with broccoli and baked fries are some of the side dishes which can be ordered separately and served with the entrees.
